Terms and conditions

This agreement (“Agreement”) is made by and between and the individual (the “Buyer”) identified by submitting and selecting the “Pay” button on the websitepage “Buy this book”. This Agreement expressly incorporates by reference and includes the Website’s Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

The parties hereto agree as follows:


1.1 E-book grants to the Buyer the non-exclusive, non-transferable, right to access and make personal and non-commercial use of the e-book (in Pdf): “Share Fraud & Boiler Room Fraud Exposed.”

1.2 Authorized uses

The Buyer may download, access and view the E-book by means of a format-compatible electronic reading device or other system. Buyer is authorized to download the E-book and to transfer it to other electronic reading devices of the Buyer, solely for the Buyer’s personal use.

1.3 Restrictions on use of the e-book

Except as expressly permitted in writing by the buyer is forbidden to reproduce, distribute, transfer, translate, sell, rent, lease or lend the e-book.

The Buyer shall pay to the price in EURO’s (€) mentioned on in the websitepage “Buy the book”. If technical problems prevent or an unreasonably delay delivery for more than 2 weeks of the e-book, the exclusive and sole remedy is the refund of the payment to the buyer within 8 weeks.


4.1 Warranties warrants that use of the e-book in accordance with the terms and conditions herein will not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.

4.2 Disclaimer expressly disclaim any liability for any claim arising from or out of the e-book, including but not limited to any errors, inaccuracies, omissions, or defects contained therein.

4.3 Limitation of liability

Except for the express warranties and indemnities stated herein and to the extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall or the author be liable for any (financial) damage arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, or in no event shall the liability of to its Buyer exceed a sum equal to the price paid by the Buyer hereunder, even if has been advised of the possibility of such liability or damages.


5. 1 Force majeure

Neither party’s delay or failure to deliver the e-book as a result of circumstances beyond its control (including, power failures, telecommunications or Internet failures or damage to or destruction of any network facilities or servers) shall be deemed a breach of this Agreement.

5.2 Governing law

This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium without regard to conflict of law principles, and the parties irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located Antwerpen (Belgium), with respect to any action or suit arising out of or pertaining to this Agreement.

5.3 Assignment

The Buyer shall not assign, transfer or license any of its rights or obligations under this Agreement unless it obtains the prior written consent of, which consent shall not unreasonably be withheld.

5.4 Privacy shall not, without the prior written consent of the Buyer, transfer any personal information of Buyer to any non-affiliated third party or use it for any purpose other than as described in this Agreement. The Belgium online privacy policy for the relevant online services is effective.

5.5 Notices and complaints
